California PROP-65

What is California Proposition 65?

Products must comply with California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (also known as CA Prop 65). The 1986 law aims to protect drinking water sources from contamination by chemicals and other toxic substances linked and also inform Californians about their exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program.

Are any businesses exempt from Proposition 65?
